Gigs and Venues
Schedule shows, connect setlists and venues, and save recaps for future bookings.
Create venues
Venues store the room-specific details that are easy to forget:
- name and location
- contact email and phone
- PA availability
- backline availability
- notes
- venue rating and venue notes from recaps
Use venue notes for load-in, sound, staff, parking, power, crowd behavior, and anything you want to remember next time.
Schedule gigs
A gig connects a date, venue, and setlist. It can be upcoming, completed, or cancelled.
Use gig notes for details such as arrival time, dress code, client requests, ceremony cues, or set timing.
Upcoming gigs affect practice priority. If a song appears in an upcoming setlist, it can move higher in the practice queue.
Complete the recap
After a gig, save a recap while the night is still fresh.
The recap includes:
- overall gig rating
- recap notes
- song-by-song status: Solid, Shaky, or Skipped
- venue rating
- venue notes
Song reviews feed future readiness. Venue ratings and notes stay with the venue, so repeat bookings start with better memory.
What to write
Use gig history
Song practice can show how many completed gigs included a song. This helps distinguish a song you have only practiced from one you have actually carried through a room.
